Free Super Bowl Squares at BetJamaica

Continuing with tradition Betjamaica.com is once again offering active members a FREE $10 Superbowl square. ($10 square gives you four chances to win up to $950.00)

Eligibility:

1.) You must have wagered at least $50 real money between Jan.1st and Jan. 31th (noon)2009.
Real money is actual deposited funds. Money earned from free contests or free play money converted to cash is not considered ”real money” for this purpose. Betjam management reserves final eligibility.

Rules:

1) Only one free $10 SB square per account holder (only one account eligible per IP, household)
2) $10 cash credit must be used to purchase a Superbowl square only.
3) Numbers will be drawn as each card fills, unfilled card numbers appear at kick-off.
4) Multiple squares are permitted, however additional squares must be funded accordingly.

How to claim your square:

STEP 1:
Send an email as follows before 11.59AM EST on Jan 31st
To: cappersmall2@gmail.com or post the following to me in the private message forum here.
Subject or title: Free SB Square
(include)
Poster name:
Registered email address or account number with BetJamaica.
Note: you must have wagered $50 real money from Jan. 1st thru Jan. 31th (noon) 2009.

STEP 2:
Post in this thread that you have sent the email or posted me a PM, so I can check for it and add it to my spreadsheet.

STEP 3:
A completed spread sheet will be sent to betjamaica on January 31st (noon) and all eligible accounts will be credited with their square. Wait for your credit and play your square before the big game on the 1st of February.
