The faking Spanos family are a joke. They do not give a shit about the fans or winning. They just want a new stadium and by keeping Norv I think they are trying their best to move to LA. There is no way they keep Norv and try to stay in SD. The entire fan base wants Norv gone and keeping Norv is not how you get support for a new stadium. I'm so sick of this team.

The fact is this. Spanos is trying to dump the Chargers, and does not want to saddle new owners with a head coach or GM with a long term contract. This will go on until the Spanos family dumps this team. Right now, they are looking for a buyer to move this team to Los Angeles. The only town that is worse for a sports franchaise than Los Angeles is San Diego.

The problem is that no one is willing to pay the price that Spanos is asking for the team. Reid is just another loser. He has to be one of the biggest underachievers in NFL History. With all of those great teams, he has been to one Superbowl, and lost that one. Philly won their last 4 game in a row this season, and still did not make the playoffs. There is no excuse for losing home games to Chicago and Arizona. The Eagles were 1-5 at home going inot the last 4 weeks of the season, and out of the playoff picture. There is no excuse for that.

I am glad we agree on Reid, but the only reason why Norv is still there is because Spanos does not want to have a head coach under a huge contract. That is a major distraction to potential buyers. Spanos would have to give a new HC a 4-5 year contract, and most potential buyers want to bring their own people in.
