Hey Everyone..

Just wanted to share my thoughts with the mall about the Jacksonville Jaguars as a futures play.

Currently they are 100 to 1 odds for winning the superbowl and 60 to 1 for winning the AFC.

My Thoughts:

Look at their schedule -

Sun 9/13 Indianapolis Colts at Indianapolis L 12 - 14
Sun 9/20 Arizona Cardinals Arizona L 17 - 31
Sun 9/27 Houston Texans at Houston W 31 - 24
Sun 10/4 Tennessee Titans Tennessee W 37 - 17
Sun 10/11 Seattle Seahawks at Seattle (W) Hasselbeck or not....
Sun 10/18 St. Louis Rams St. Louis - (W) Laugh
Bye
Sun 11/1 Tennessee Titans at Tennessee (W) Coming off a bye week
Sun 11/8 Kansas City Chiefs Kansas City (W) Laugh again
Sun 11/15 New York Jets at NY Jets (L) Tough game
Sun 11/22 Buffalo Bills Buffalo (W) Buffalo has issues this year
Sun 11/29 San Francisco 49ers at San Francisco (L) Lets just say they lose
Sun 12/6 Houston Texans Houston (W) Beat em once already
Sun 12/13 Miami Dolphins Miami (W) They can tough this one out
Thu 12/17 Indianapolis Colts Indianapolis (L) May even get revenge...
Sun 12/27 New England Patriots at New England (L) Still who knows
Sun 1/3 Cleveland Browns at Cleveland (W) They will be hungry

I see then winning 9 maybe 10 games this year which would mean at least a playoff spot. I know Indy is the team to beat in the South but you never know!

Moral of the story... You will never get a 100 to 1 odds on a potential playoff team.

I'll either be forgotten or the most popular guy on the mall come January
