Gates Status Update

San Diego Chargers tight end Antonio Gates acknowledged he is in a race against time to get fit for Sunday's AFC divisional playoff game against Indianapolis, a newspaper report said.

"Right now, it's still a game-time decision," the player told the San Diego Tribune on Friday.

"It's pretty sore. It felt good Tuesday, but it doesn't feel as good today [Friday]. It's a tricky situation, it really it is."

Even if he plays, won't be 100% and will probably be favoring that toe - being on the field might be more harm than good........

(Can't tell I'm on Indy can you??)

thing is prolly so loaded up with pain meds u could cut it off and he wouldnt feel nothin
