Good week for upsets?

With VY rolling, Washington's play improved, Denver's porous play at Arrowhead historically, NE's road woes, Oakland's upset capabilities, TB's renewed faith in themselves...I mean, with all that has happened this year, could this week have a boatload of upsets?

I say no. As tempting as they are, there are some teams that should NOT lose, no matter how you write it this week.

San Diego blows up Cleveland
I don't care what Mangina tries to concoct for this game, the Browns have only looked good against the Lions. SD may be able to play backups in the 2nd half, and maybe Malcolm Floyd will actually get some ****ing catches!
SD 44, CLE 6

Tennessee fails to stop Indy
Hard to bet against VY right now, I know. But many of us seem to continuously overlook that other guy that's QBing this game. He can sling it like Favre, captin 4th quarter comebacks like Elway, and possibly go undefeated like the Fins of old? That one I'm not 100% sold on yet, but I do now that as much as VY has a shot of stopping the Colts, Manning has a much BETTER shot of stopping Young's hot start. The kid's gotta lose eventually. It may as well be to Peyton. Everyone else has. lol
TEN 27, IND 30

Tampa Bay takes down the backup Panther
Freeman has gained more confidence with each game, and the best part is he's already lost one, so that chip isn't on his shoulder. Matt Moore has been in Carolina for 3 years, but this is really the 1st time I've heard his name. Great opponent for him to start against, but easy enough for the rest of us to overlook. This one has great upset potential.
TB 27, CAR 24

The Brady Bunch go fishing
Yes, they're not as great on the road, and they certainly are not the Patriots of old (and by old I mean like what...3 years ago? lol), but it's still Tom Brady. And just like Manning to the Colts, Brady automatically gives his team a chance to win in any circumstance. Even when it means going into Miami and playing a Dolphins team that will no doubt be fired up to beat these guys down. Look for some 4th quarter magic to steal this one.
NE 31, MIA 30

Denver silences Arrowhead
Under Shanny, Denver was lucky to get out of KC with a win. Under McDaniels, they've discovered some new life and look to (hopefully) have turned the corner with a big win vs the Giants last week. KC shocked the world when they took Pittsburgh down, but returned to earth when they were promptly raped by the Chargers. While Denver won't put up the same kind of numbers that SD did, I expect they'll still do enough to win the game.
DEN 17, KC 14

Brees soars through the capital
After his visit to Washington, Drew will tell his friends about meeting the President, taking in some sights, having some nice food...oh ya, and stomping the 'Skins. Washington will be up for this game, but they had better PRAY that the Saints aren't. Washington isn't half the team NE is, and they were dismantled by "Who Dat?!". Expect another display of a dominant offense led by their general, and another defensive swarm keeping Zorn going crazy on the sidelines.
NWO 38, WSH 13

I will post other picks today, but I really like these ones. I'm a huge fan of upsets, but just can't see certain ones happening today. BOL on all your plays, and GO DENVER!
