Harrison stays home in Pittsburgh

Undrafted and unwanted and now he is a multimillionare and also one of the best LB in the game. Ryan Clark said it best, when you are good enough to have to be game planned for you are well worth keeping. Steelers wrap up the best LB in the business.

hes not on the downside of his career yet

but it doesnt seem like the kind of business move that has made pitt what pitt is

not a terrible signing, just seems out of character, and a lot of monies

The players on the team supported this move. None of them wanted to lose Harrison. I agree Pitt doesn't normally pay this kind of money but now that the Steelers have new owners they may reach out and grab some players they likely would have passed on.

They don't but its nice to have support of your team. Ryan Clark said the team could not be what they are with out Harrison.

dont mind me chief....killing time the other night after a workout, test was running high.

BUT

simple fact is, dude is dominant, in prime, low mileage, dedicated to diet and training regiment, soft spoken, on board with tomlin's team first attitude, proto pittsburgh LB AND worked his way up within organization for 4+ years from practice sqaud to special teams, to best LB in game.

Rooneys have decades of sound financial decisions, and kevin colbert most certainly can be trusted by fanbase.

so i ask again, as a person who evidently has not watched james Harrison enough to understand the full magnitude of his dominance, what exactly would you propose they do? Hang guy out to dry? Show zero loyalty to a guy who has shown nothing but?

It was the right move
