Having best year so far.... initial leans for this weekend - like quite a few BIG

Off to a ridiculous start this year - even beyond what I've been posting here on CM. LOVE a few already this weekend. In order.....

Miami +1 over Cincinnati
Are you kidding me? Miami's three losses were 1) a special teams disaster vs NE where they won the game on offense and defense 2) a Steelers game where they got robbed by the refs and 3) a very, very close game vs the Jets, who just might be the best team in the league. Miami would be one of the top 6-7 teams in the league this year if they could run the ball in the red zone like they did last year. Not sure why this isn't happening, but a remedy might be playing the Bengals. Palmer continues to look terrible, and most of the Bengals secondary is injured. Miami wins by 10+

Detroit -2- over Washington

Love the public fade here. The line is creeping up, and yet the public is on Washington. Good sign. Plus, the Lions have Stafford back, who in my opinion is becoming a borderline elite QB. Perfect set up on the heels of Washington winning a game where they played HORRIBLY.

Carolina +3 over St Louis
Carolina's starting to put it together, and Matt Moore is playing like we thought he might to start the season. No matter how feisty they have been, the Rams are bad - and even worse when SJax is not 100%. Plus only 24% on Carolina???? Really?

Thoughts?

Really like Detroit in this spot, coming off of a bye against a Washington squad that had a lucky victory last week.

Little worried about Stafford being rusty, and he has a long way to go in my opinion to become an upper echelon QB.....has to stay healthy and on the field first. That being said, think the Lions get an easy cover here, if there is such a thing in the NFL!

Still REALLY hard on Carolina and Miami...... lighter on Detroit.

Hitting Carolina and Miami as hard as I've hit anything all year.
