Herschel Walker Ponders NFL Comeback

Herschel Walker Ponders NFL Comeback -- NFL FanHouse

Would not be surprised at all if he could really contribute to helping a team. He is in awesome shape and if he can run the 40 as quickly as he says he can, then it would be fun to watch him give it a shot.

Actually, sounds like MMA and the training involved has been a factor in his considering another shot at the NFL...he fights on the 29th.

ive never heard of anyone maintaining muscle mass eating one meal a day

most bodybuilders eat 6 smaller meals a days to stay anabolic...

in fact eating one large meal a day spikes your insulin, then the rest of daying eating nothing cause you to go catabolic or anti anabolic which is the opposite of conducing muscle growth

weird...I didnt read the article, but that cant be right

didn't see any mention of 1 meal either.....guy is absolutely a work out freak, but gym shape and game shape are 2 different ball games.....and at that age, there's no way he's a solid performer, whether he thinks he can be or not

I would love to see him in training camp for some team. I honestly believe he would give a rookie a great challenge. This man is a training freak & works his ass off, and he probably could hold his own.
