Ryan gave Miami Dolphins fans the middle finger during an event in Miami Saturday night Less than a week after the Jets magical postseason ride came to an end, their brash, tell-it-like-it-is rookie head coach is making headlines again. Rex Ryan shot a group of Miami Dolphins fans an obscene hand gesture at a Mixed Martial Arts event Saturday night in Miami, according to a report in the Miami Herald.

Ryan, whose team opened plenty of eyes with an unlikely run to the AFC Championship game, grabbed headlines all season. From his proclamation that he wouldn’t kiss Bill Belichick’s Super Bowl rings to his declaration that the No. 5 seeded Jets should be the Super Bowl favorites before the playoffs began, Ryan’s bluster has been well documented.

Ryan, who visited his players at a Pro Bowl practice last week, unfurled the middle finger gesture to Miami resident David M. Hildenbrand and his friends.

I'll take getting swept by the dolphins every year if it means a guaranteed birth in the AFC Championship game. I hope the Dolphin fans enjoyed their 7-9 season
