Holt released......

How much does he have left in the tank?

I personally think he would look great with that star on the side of his helmet!!

Empty like the heart and soul of your Eagles right? I heard it's now somewhere in Colorado.

For once I think Jerry is trying to clean up the locker room though....

I respected the Eagles for what they had in the leadership of Donovan, Dawkins, and Westbrook......I only hope that by getting rid of T.O., Roy Williams, etc. the boys can rely on guys like Witten, Brooking, and D Ware for that same kind of leadership.

He's definitely past his prime, but Holt would be a great addition to any team because of his abilities on the field, leadership ability, and the fact that he's not a prima donna. Seeing him go to Dallas wouldn't be bad. Would give Romo a vet to work with that wouldn't be a ****ing headcase like Buffalo's new prodigy.

I think he could be a decent possession WR. Doesn't have much left in the tank due to playing on the turf in St. Louis.

He would make a good #3 WR. Experienced, and can make the tough catches. He is a team player. Philly should sign him for a year. McChoke is always complaining about the lack of talent around him. Here is a chance for Philly to actually do something positive for the team.

I had the misfortune of having him on my fantasy team this year, and with having the Sunday Ticket, I saw alot of his games. He is done. No speed left, and really no desire either. Crocodile arms. When he was the #1 early this season they said he wasn't getting it done because of double teams. Then when Avery became the # 1 guy and Holt was not being double-teamed, he still sucked. 3 TDs on the entire year--one of which was a fluke that fell into his lap while laying on the ground against the Giants.

Maybe a possession guy, but nothing more than that.

Evan: What? One name? ONE NAME!?!? Who are you? Seal?
Seth: Fogell, this ID says that you're 25 years old. Why wouldn't you just put 21, man?
Fogell: Seth, Seth, Seth. Listen up, ass-face: every day, hundreds of kids go into the liquor store with fake IDs, and every single one says they're 21. Pssh, how many 21 year olds do you think there are in this town? It's called f*cking strategy, alright?

Holt needs to find the right situation. He needs to find another dome team, but this time he needs to be the #2 option instead of #1. I could see him going to Dallas or possibly Indy. His biggest mistake would going to a place like Oakland or San Fran.

he'd be a great addition to any team

he needs a change of pace. he's not as good as he used to be because of age, but he's still a great acquisition to whoever can land him
