Arrow Houston Texans at Indianapolis Colts -5.5 - Discuss

Colts favored by 5.5 at Bookmaker.com on Monday Night Football. Will Colts get revenge for opening week loss.

Indianapolis loses Dallas Clark which might be a huge blow. They are banged up quite a bit

I live a couple hours away from Indy and the Colts is the 1 team I know better than any other NFL team. Losing Dallas C. is a big blow but there are too many people to throw the ball to for it to effect their offense that much. I like Addai but think Brown is alittle better and Hart isn't far behind! (I loved him @ Mich). I hope all the talk about the Colts being banged up keeps the line where it is at cause Manning in the spot light = $!! (unlike at Tenn). BOL, I will be all over the Colts on MNF!

Live in Indy as well, have season tickets. I don't see Indy running away with this one. Clark is out, Collie is out, Addai is probably out. Houston has been playing Colts very well over the past couple of years. Indy also has a DL out (Johnson with knee surgery) which takes one man out of their defensive rotation.
Plus don't forget the Punter is suspended, and he is also the kickoff specialist and holder for FG's.

Manning is great, but without 3 starters on offense, and Houston trying to run the ball down their throat again with their huge offensive line, I see this being a close game.

good points but with a week off to prepare and the fact that Houston has been playing them close I think we ae going to be focused on a well put together game plan. Hopefully the punter won't be needed that much and like I said earlier, I think we are losing much without Addai. Hopefully with all we have going on it makes Houston overlook us a bit? Plus we are a way different team at home...only giving up 11ppg there against 2 pretty decent squads!

All I can say is never count out Peyton Manning, he always finds a way to win. I think you will see Blair White step up and look like an excellent WR on Sunday. Besides, Houston can score points, but they sure as hell can't stop anyone. I think Indy wins, but not sure they will cover the spread.

Texans always play better as an underdog. They might pull it off again but that secondary is very bad. They will have to put up alot of points again to win.

Colts by 10+

Losing Dallas sucks, but I think Jacob Tamme is going to fill in nicely.

Agree Quad overs the play. Texans can't stop anyone and the offense is one of the leagues best. I think they will run over the 2 pass rushers like they did last time. Those guys are speed rushers and don't seem to do well against physical running teams like Jacksonville and Houston. I think Houston just runs over them like they did last time. Only problem is the D sucks and could still lose the game for the Texans.

Texans comfortably. They know how to play this team close, and unlike all the plug in WR's that Peyton makes into stars, Dallas Clark is a unique talent, in a lot of ways the key to what they do, and will be very, very difficult to replace.
