how do you pick games?

General question for all you gamblers out there- what is the most important factor you would say determines how you place your bets....a team's motivation, experts opinions, tons of individual research, a hunch?

Coaching, homefield/away, travel, schedule, past record, public perception, vegas action...

and that doesn't even get into capping the actual players!!!!

Follow some of the cappers on here. Some guys like WindyCityIrish and Belmont kid. They usually post write-ups with their picks. Even if you don't agree with their picks, it will give you an idea of what factors into a bettors decision when they pick a team to put $$$ on.

Heads=Home or Over, Tails=Visitors or Under

Vegas Opening Line, the line itself (high, low, or just right), then line movement, or lack thereof, public action, sharp action, team position plays, matchups, and of course gut feeling. There's much more, but those factors are essential.
If all else fails, just get the freakin Quarter out.
