If Saints hit Manning like they hit Favre

Manning will have played his last game in two weeks.....He will not be able to take the hits that Brett took today. imo

Agree, but with Mannings protection, adjustments, and quick release that will be very difficult. Colts gave up fewest sacks this season, 13. Minn on the other hand gave up 34 during the season.

Manning doesn't take big hits. Smartest QB to ever play this game.

True....wonder if we come hard like we did several times tonight or will we think that Manning will kill em with the short quick game

its not even close, montana maybe cerebrally, but manning stronger arm

I laugh at a brady comparion because its no comparison

not taking anything from brady but manning is better clearly

just throwing my 2 cents in. Manning really doesn't take sacks. I was watching some of his games this season... He intentionally goes to the ground to avoid the big hits.

2005 championship
The evidence was widespread. Quarterback Peyton Manning, harassed by blitzes and sacked five times, couldn't get into a consistent rhythm. Manning couldn't beat it with much consistency. For the game, the Colts converted three of 13 third downs, looking like anything but the efficient offense that had an NFL-best 48.4% third-down conversion rate in the regular season. The Steelers blitzes dictated the flow.

So we have to go all the way back to 2005 to find a spot where someone got to Manning?

lol

I'm sure he's real worried about the Saints pash rush. Good luck NO.
