<insert player's name here>

<Insert your favorite homer player here> is the greatest player in the history of mankind! There's nothing to argue about because I have already proclaimed this to be true!
Here are the stats to prove it <insert any stats that help make my point and ignore any that contradict it>. I don't care about whatever you say about any other player or any other reasoning, this guy is the absolute frickin best of all time.
Not only can he single-handedly win every game but when he doesn't there's always a legit reason behind it that isn't his fault anyway.
You can try and hate all you want but obviously it's just jealousy!
Go <insert player's name here>!!!!!!!!!

To throw one in for my own thread that isn't a homer pick, I loved watching Roger Craig play when I was a kid. I thought he was unstoppable. I even used to try to run with that high knee style he ran with when I played ball in the neighborhood lol

Barry Sanders

If him and Emmitt Smith had switched places you would never know the name Emmitt Smith and Sanders would have “crushed” every single rushing record in the book.

Emmitt might be better then what I give him credit for but I think it was his team and O-line that made him look so good. I could have ran for 100+ yards every week with the weapons the Cowboys had and the holes he was running through. Sanders had to work his tail off for every single yard and still ended up on top. It is unfortunate he never got to play for a real team.
