Inside the Game from Bet Jamaica - Thursday NFL Betting Preview
Inside the Game from Bet Jamaica - Thursday NFL Betting Preview
The Indianapolis Colts and the Tennessee Titans are both riding losing streaks heading into Thursday night as they kick off Week 14 of the NFL season. Bet Jamaica has all your NFL odds. The Colts are in big trouble right now and could miss the postseason for the first time in nine years after a three-game losing streak dropped them to 6-6. Indianapolis' slide continued last week in a 38-35 overtime loss to Dallas as a 6-point favorite. It was an up-and-down game for the Colts, who scored 21 points in the fourth quarter to send the game to OT. In overtime Peyton Manning threw an ill-timed interception that set Dallas up for the game-winning field goal. Manning finished the game with four picks while passing for 363 yards and two touchdowns. Reggie Wayne had a monster game in the loss with 14 receptions for 200 yards and a TD. The Titans have lost five in a row after a 17-6 upset loss to Jacksonville as a 3-point favorite last week. Tennessee's offense has been non-existent during their losing streak, scoring only 64 points in the five games. Against Jacksonville Kerry Collins completed only 14-of-32 passes for 169 yards with two interceptions. Chris Johnson continued to flounder with 53 rushing yards on 13 carries, and he's recorded only 364 yards and two touchdowns in the Titans' last five games. The Randy Moss acquisition continues to be a bust as well, as Moss had only one catch for 13 yards versus the Jaguars. Both the Colts and Titans have dealt with some tough injuries this season, but the Titans should get at some relief on Thursday; wide receiver Kenny Britt is expected to return after missing the last four games with a hamstring injury. Indianapolis' long injury list isn't expected to get any shorter this week. Running backs Joseph Addai (neck) and Mike Hart (leg) remain doubtful, while Austin Collie (concussion) is questionable - but after suffering a setback the last time he returned there's no way the Colts will let him play again until they're sure he's ready. The Colts have won three straight versus Tennessee while also covering the spread in all three wins. In their last 10 versus the Titans Indianapolis is 7-3 SU, but only 5-5 ATS. Totals bettors need to know that in the last 10 matchups between the Colts and Titans the UNDER is 9-1. On Thursday night the Colts are a 3, 3.5 -point favorite, and the total is set at 45.
