Interesting stat

Brady has a 118.7 passer rating when edge pressure is applied
but drops drastically to 63.1 from inside pressure.

. From Weeks 1-13, Goff completed 40.4% of his passes under pressure, with four touchdowns and just two interceptions.

Including the Bears game through the Rams’ controversial NFC Championship win over the Saints, Goff has completed 47.8% of his passes, but with just one touchdown pass and four interceptions.

the Rams come out in “11” personnel (one running back, one tight end, three receivers) on nearly every play, and the multiplicity comes after Goff gets the ball.

Mahomes was pressured on 50% of his dropbacks, by far the most of any quarterback in the championship round. He completed six of 13 passes for 60 yards and a touchdown under pressure, and the fact that he was able to do anything against this particular combination of relentless pressure and aggressive coverage speaks to Mahomes’ supernatural abilities to adjust in and out of the pocket.

so pressure against qb will win

Do anything ? Mahomes put up 31 points against the Pats in the 2nd half. He absolutely shredded that defense.
