Jags Patriots Over/Under

Long time reader first time poster. I am looking for some thoughtful input from my fellow cappers on the mall. After doing my homework, I can get away from the over for the Pats Jags game Saturday night. My book has it at 49.5 right now, but I see this being a 35-24 game. With two weeks to prepare, I'm sure the Patriots will come out firing on all cylinders and expliot the Jags secondary a la Big Ben last week with his 300+ yards of passing. The Jags have put up 24+ the past 11 games and I see a lot of big runs this week once Drew and Taylor get past the line to an old and slow (minus Thomas) Patriots linebacking corps. I am looking for some other cappers opinions. Gerk, Golden, D-O-C, etc. if you guys could chime in I would appreciate your commentary/analysis. Best of luck to everyone this weekend.

I think you're right on target. I would also suggest a VERY SMALL parlay on the Jags ML + the over. The only way Jacksonville wins is if this game goes over.

hmm. i do like the over as well; but i havent dug very deep yet. thats just my first thought. I do disagree with Willey here. I dont see how the high scoring will help the jags?

The public is all on the over 87%. I think it goes under. Can't see jax scoring very much.

well that wont happen IMO. Jags dont have the firepower to match.
I thought the key for jags to win this game is to keep brady and company off the field. to do that they will need long drives on the ground. which they are capable of doing. If thats the case then this game stays under.
Jut what i think.

The ravens would have went under if they didnt call that timeout and stopped them on 4th down

thats the only game where it could have happened though.
