I am taking the Jets tonight...I know all the talk about SD being ripped off last week and because of it they might come out really scrapping ...however 8 1/2 is a lot of points in most NFL games. Rivers and Favre should both be fired up to their best game on national television and it could be a shoot out. With SD missing Merriman they might have trouble containing the Jets. The points are currently at 8 1/2 and I think it might be worth buying 2 1/2 pts and taking the jets at 10 1/2 to make the cover. In doing so it makes the M/L only -155 and we bet baseball all the time with a similar M/L. I am taking the Jets + 10 1/2 - 155 to cover and to possibly upset SD. I do not see a blowout in this game.
