Jets DB Drew Coleman hurts knee in practice
Drew Coleman Injures Knee In Practice; Will Undergo MRI
The Jets have tried a lot of different looks at nickel back this year. They used their first-round draft pick on Boise State's standout CB Kyle Wilson, a move that hasn't worked out as they hoped it would, at least in the short-term. Wilson has great speed and can play physical, but he lacks the footwork and awareness to be an effective nickel back defending slot receivers in the NFL. So, the Jets turned to CB Drew Coleman to step up, and he did. Coleman has quietly had a great second half of the season and was doing a great job filling in when they needed it most. He has made big plays this year; racking up 41 tackles, forcing five fumbles, recording four sacks and picking off one pass as well. Unfortunately, today in practice, Coleman twisted his knee, according to Star-Ledger's Jenny Vrentas. The Jets are optimistic cornerback Drew Coleman will be ready to play in Sunday's divisional playoff game against the Patriots, according to a person with direct knowledge of his injury situation.

If they have even 1 CB banged up, it will make for a long day. I am sure Bellichick has game planned what to do. I have a feeling they will start with short passes & then for go a home run.
If Coleman is even gimpy, it will put more pressure on Revis & to a lesser extent Cromartie.......I think.
