This kickin' off from the 35yd line is TERRIBLE!!!!

I hope the NFL changes their mind on this after this year cause this is garbage. I've seen kickoffs in all the games so far and only one team has taken the ball out cause they've all been out of the endzone or halfway in the endzone and they only made it out to the 10yd line, just a terrible rule. What else can be done to ruin the game we love, IDIOTS!!

I never fully understood why they even went back to the 35 yard line? I thought the purpose of rules were to increase scoring. As far as I am concerned, the return game either kickoff or punt return is as exciting of a play as any.

It makes utterly no sense to me & goes to show some people have manure for brains.

Protect against collisions is the bs reason. Next they will outlaw all pass plays that go across the middle of the field.

Then why not just eliminate kickoffs altogether? After a score, the opposing team scrimmages from the 30 or 35 yard line. This rule sucks and makes the league in my opinion look like morons.
