Regardless who you want to say who is at fault , blame , etc ,
its kind of like a judge sitting in front of a court of a divorce case
looking at wife/husband ..

Each will have beafed up their own cases to increase their
chances of winning
the judge has to DECIDE the evidence based on previouse case law
, etc

Take a simple case of a cappers mall poster being banned
then he complains

Its really between the Mod and Poster ,
Non of us Knows the "FULL STOREY"


You can say players fault
owners fault ,

but somewhere in the MIDDLE
both have disagreed on an agreement


and no matter what you see on tv , or
internet ,
