The interesting twist on the Kyle Orton release is Houston and Chicago are 7-3, but Houston has the priority waiver claim over Chicago.

Not sure why they would release him. With teams like Chicago & Houston needing a QB, they could've potentially traded.

Either way, his playing days in Denver were done. Good riddance.
