Larry Fitzgerald opinion thread...

Just wanna know what you guys think about him... I think he's a class act. I kinda feel like hes in a class with Jordan and Kirby Puckett. however there's some dirt on his shoulder.

I read today that he is actually a Jr. and his dad Larry Sr. is a sportswriter who covers the Superbowl every year.

This is the first year his son is in it, however their mother passed away recently. So it's the first super bowl that is important to the family because of Larry, however their mother is gone.

I also read that the sons kept the answering machine message back home, so the kids call and still hear her voice if they were having a bad day.

i also read hes intellectual and enjoys traveling to museums during the offseason.

The dirt is:

His baby momma is a 38 year old exraider cheerleader with an 11 month old baby. lol... 38??? hes 25. Anyhow, shes got a restraining order on him.

Just seemed kind of a weird twist to a guy who seems very selfless and awesome.

not really sure how one can have a negative opinion on him, he plays hard every week, is easily one of the 2 best receivers in football and keeps his mouth shut off the field

everyone's opinion probably unanimous on him, great player and great teammate

WC I don't think I said anything remotely close to having a negative opinion of him. Hell, I think he is even better than Moss at this point. The best hands, the best route runner, and stronger than many think. I was just commenting on the restraining order thing. I think the dude is the shit, but he does have a restraining order against him for a reason.

totally can relate to that. I have a short message from my Dad (during his rehab) on my cell phone that I won't erase. I listen to it every few days.

My father in law passed away this summer and my mother in law still has the same machine message with him joking around in the background......Kind of cool to hear his voice when I get her machine....He was a good man and I can defintely understand why people keep those types of things around....
