Last Man standing Fantasy Playoffs

Was hoping for some input from some of you. I got in a fantasy pool for the playoffs. How it works is its a last man standing, once you pick a player you cant use him again.

1st round playoffs
2 qbs
2 rbs
3 wrs
2 te
2 ks
2 d

divisional round
2 qbs
2 rbs
2 wrs
2 te
2k
2 d

conference champ
1 qb
1 rb
2 wr
1 te
1 k
1 d

superbowl
1 qb
1 rb
2 wr
1 te
1 k
1 d

anyone do something like this before? im trying to figure out a good strategy. like i said once you pick a guy you cant use him again. so you gotta pick the right guys from teams you expect to lose pretty much. the guy running it said last year only 1 out of 27 could fill a roster for the super bowl.

i dont know how to target this to try and optimize points but also make sure that i can fill a full roster each week. I was thinking of targeting a matchup this week from each conference. for instance pats and ravens (im not sure who i like to win this game) and AZ GB (not sure ont his either) and use all players from these 4 teams. That way 1 of the teams will definetly be out and i cant use them again and the winner of the games i dont expect to go farther then this game so they should be out next week.

any thoughts??
