3 home dogs - with 20%, 31%, 25% and 28% of the public on them respectively. Only the Rams line has moved at all. The other 3 haven't budged despite the public hard on the other teams.

Carolina +3 20% line hasn't moved to 3 1/2 - stayed at 3 all week.
Tampa Bay +2- 32% line moved DOWN from 3.
Jacksonville +2- 31% line moved DOWN from 3.
Denver +5- 32% line moved DOWN from 6
Seattle +4 39% line moved DOWN from 6

Chicago +3 29% line hasn't budged
St Louis +4- 26% line has moved up as it should.
