Good article. Paints a very negative picture for the Chargers' future as long as that idiot is running things. Spanos does need to step in and replace this guy, or at least threaten his job if he makes anymore retarded comments like that again.

But the guy has made some good personnel decisions in the past. There's pros and cons. Just seems the cons are outweighing right now because he mocked LT - LT, who IS the San Diego Chargers.
