Not sure who will replace him but dick smack jeff ireland needs to go now also. Fins played hard for sparono but in the end its the wins and losses. He wont be unemployed long when the season ends.

They should have fired this loser half way into the season when he was 0-7. One winning season in 3+ years is not going to cut it. I look for Gruden to eventually get the job. Sparano was a bad head coach.
