Also being reported that KC, Dallas & Chicago put waiver claims on Orton. Dallas is 3 spots ahead of Chicago for waiver claims...Cowboys might put a ka-bosh on McNabb to da Bears...........

I think McNabb is done and has nothing left in the tank. Is he better then Haine? Possibly, but will he be effective is the question. Reports about his lack of conditioning and being in shape have been talked about. Not to mention, his attitude & work ethic, being the last to arrive & first one to leave too.

I don't think chicago is planning on replacing hanie but rather would like a backup in case
a) Hanie begins to play horrendous
b) hanie gets injured.

with possible playoff berth you need a decent QB on deck.

Houston doesn't want the "circus" that would surround him there. Besides signed Jake Dellome yesterday.

He may be coming to Chicago, to have some Chunky Soup with his Mom..no way he gets one penny from the Bears

They got McGown, whom they coveted a couple of years ago..he knows Martz system..Mc Nab may not remember what high school he attended in Chicago area
