I'm taking the Skins +8.5 here. This is just too many points for an ailing Philly team to lay against a team with a good defense.
FACT: Philly's three wins this season have come against teams that are 3-17 straight up to date!
While McNabb has young, athetic weapons in DeSean Jackson and Jeremy Maclin, the are YOUNG weapons and should have a tough time against this D.
