What have they done to be 10.5pt favs... on the road... on monday night !

On the one hand CLE was outscored by 13+ pts in 6 of their 8 games this season. So we have an impotent Offence vs Flacco that can move the ball. CLE has not scored a TD since Oct 18...but then again this is a Div Rivalry that means it will stay close all the way or a blowout on a side.

They beat-up on bad teams, and lose close ones to good teams. Cleveland is pretty bad.

just a wild guess, but this could end up being a game the ravens could have won by 20+, and they end up winning by 8 or 9. i think it's an awful game to bet on, and i can see the browns getting one of those lucky/mistake covers here.
