This game will be won by New England. Brady is going to have a great night and Hoodie is going to game plan Sanchez.

Now, I hope Braylon Edwards has a big game because I have him in fantasy but honestly, I see New England, at home winning by 7-10pts maybe more. If New England can make teams like Pittsburgh look stupid on prime time, imagine what they can do against the Jets, who have problems scoring points at times.

Anything can happen and there is no disputing the Patriots have been a dominant team in the NFL. They have made many very good teams look bad over the years. They have made the Jets look bad often over the years....too often..... but recently not so much. The linemakers seem to think the game will be close even though its in Foxboro and the Pats have the genius Belichick and the great Brady.

But you can't take the results of 1 game like you did. Certain matchups seem to consistently go one way or the other. Brady has won 6 of 7 overall vs the Steelers and 4 of 5 at Pittsburgh. Just as you pointed to how the Pats made Pittsburgh look stupid, look at just 1 week earlier , "if the Browns can embarass the Pats 34-14, imagine what the Jets can do to the Pats". Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way or imagine the $$$ we could make.

As far as scoring points, you are right in their 2 losses they scored 9 vs the Ravens (who embarrassed the Pats 33-14 in last years playoffs in prime time by the way).....and 0 vs Green Bay in a home embarrassment. But they scored 23 or more in every other game, all wins......28 (vs Pats), 31, 38, 29, 24, 23, 26, 30, and 26. Not sure those numbers qualify as a struggle to score points. Jets don't score like the Pats do but then they don't give up as many points, so they don't need to.

All that said, here's some things to think about. Ryan as head coach of the Jets is 2-1 vs Belichick including a 28-14 win earlier this year. The Jets have won 3 of the last 4 games vs the Pats. Brady's lowest QB ratings in games in the last 2 years have come against the Jets. In the last 3 games the Jets have held Brady to a 73.8 passer rating. The Pats only 2 losses this year came when Brady's QB rating was under 75.....vs the Jets and vs the Browns (Rob Ryan's defense).

You may be right, and Brady may have a great game as the Pats win...certainly the linemakers think they will. However, I will be very surprised if they make the Jets look stupid. The Pats are a quality team but so are the Jets. The Pats as a 3.5 or 4 point favorite makes sense to me. In my humble opinion this game will be decided in the 4th quarter by 1 or 2 big plays just like last nights Steeler win over the Ravens.

To me this is a tough game, but I think Brady & company win it. Sanchez will have the last drive down by 4, and throw an INT to seal the victory for the Pats.
