Couple of reasons why I don't do a WS one. It is very hard to sell 100 squares in bases on say 2 consecutive days. I use my personal reward points to buy up the squares not sold. The squares here are all on my own. Mon night foots I have a week to sell 100. Now SB squares will be backed by CM with prizes and they will be free.
