Monday night in the TERROR DOME

Just got tickets, will be there to see Brett the Genius shred his old team on a national stage. Get ready to cry like a bitch Ted Thompson.

Vikings -3 (-130) 190 to win 145

2 team 7 point

Vikings +3.5
Bears -3

300 to win 235

Can't wait for this game, has anyone been to the metrodome? This will be my first time. Got seats on the lower level slightly in the corner. Hopefully I will be far enough away so I don't get sprayed by A-rod's blood after Jared Allen rips his heart out and eats it.

Okay, just got back from minnesota and holy shit that was the most fun I've ever had at a sporting event. The atmosphere and energy in the dome were unbelievable. I lost my voice from all the screaming at the packer sideline as the greatest athlete in the history of sports made them his bitch. Favre carved up his old team like a thanksgiving turkey and left the drumstick for ted thompson to shove in arod's ass after the game. The vikings fans (myself included) kept castigating the packers fans with "thanks for the QB guys!"

Some dumb bitch walked by me with a "we'll never forget you brent" t-shirt after the game and I said "Do you remember his name now lady?" She scuttled away clearly embarrassed. The game was intensely satisfying not just because the vikings won and covered (making me about $450 which paid for the tickets) but also because of the way Mr. Monday Night played in front of the largest viewing audience in cable tv history, in one of the most important games of his career. I have taken a lot of flak on this site for being a favre fan and calling him the greatest, but it's funny to see all the dick riding that he's geting on this site after the game. Love him or hate him, give the man the respect he is due. He is simply the greatest football player of all time. It was one hell of a night and I'll be telling my grand-kids one day that I saw the legend dick slap his old team in the terror dome on 10/5/09...

TT, McCarthy, Mike Murphy, get your shit packed losers, Favre just bought you three a one way ticket to the unemployment line
