he aint no rivers for sure in terms of preparation..if rivers was on pitts, sb is a lock barring any missed kicks, missed tackles, dropped passes, bad reffing, or bad coaching...

Should Big Ben and others be out this week, hell no! Especially with the road conditions, anything can happen out there with the ice on the roads. Is it a story though, no. Another thing, you can bet if SD has made the SB a few years ago (the NE debacle) or anyother year that SD players would have been out. Definitely players on the SD team that would live it up such as Merriman, Philips, Cromartie, Kiel, Foley, etc. Hence why many of these guys are gone, some passed away. I would have hated it as well, and I did hate it when rumors (cannot remember if confirmed) about Sd players at strip club prior to the playoff game vs the Jets.
