NC's Wintry Thursday Plays!
Brady Quinn throwing in 25-35 mph winds with gusts to 40mph = no offensive movement. Total rushing attempts in the game will probably be near 70 IMO. Field goal attempts 35 yards and out will be coin flips.......with that said.
