Need some help here...

So I've been reading a lot of posts and respect everyone's pick. I'm just curious as to why everyone is picking the Bears. I had my eyes on Tenn this whole week since Grossman is taking the snaps.

My thought was that Grossman will throw about 3 picks to the Tenn defense and the 3 points Tenn was giving was a gift

What am I missing? Would love to hear from you.
