The defending champion Pittsburgh Steelers open the 2009 regular season against the Tennessee Titans on Thursday.

Although listed as 6-point home faves, the Steelers have struggled against the Titans ever since they relocated from Houston to Tennessee.

Since 1997, Pittsburgh is 4-11 straight up and 7-8 against the spread vs. Tennessee.
