NFL Betting: Take Jville…

At the time of the writing match odds are Jacksonville (2.06, +106) and Buffalo (1.90, -110).

The Jacksonville Jaguars are coming off an impressive win over the Indianapolis Colts in week four. A 59-yard field goal by Josh Scobee sealed the deal for the Jaguars, clinching a 31-28 victory.

David Garrard played a solid game completing 17 of 22 passes for 163 yards and two touchdowns. Garrard also ran the ball five times, racking up 44 yards on the ground. The quarterback's play was significantly better than the previous week when Garrard threw five interceptions. Garrard focused on getting rid of the ball quickly against the Colts. By taking shorter drops it simplified the game, allowing the pivot to make good decisions.

Maurice Jones-Drew also contributed by carrying the ball 26 times for 105 yards. This was Jones-Drew's best output so far this season. Buffalo comes into action still searching for a win. Buffalo looks like they haven't made any improvements from a year ago when they finished 6-10.

Betfair doesn't care either way...your betting against others bettors. It's the
best exchange out there imo..

I'm surprised that Buffalo is not getting points in this one. Not that i think Jax is great but coming off the win against Indi, I figured more would jump on the Jax bandwagon. Ultimately, even though i'm worried about the letdown, I still think Jax pulls it out in a close game.

Last season I remember the Jags went on the road and got blown out of the water by Seattle, who was bad and still is really bad. Now, Seattle actually plays well at home and horrible on the road. Jacksonville is the same. They looked so bad against San Diego then they go and beat Indy. While the Jags should win, why spend your money on a coin flip? There are at least 5-6 better options on the board, let alone over/unders. Good luck!
