Belichick says Albert Haynesworth is "day-to-day," getting some treatment. Hopes he'll be back in a day or so

Belichick most likely if a player hasn't practiced, he won't play Thursday. If true, cross off Light, Faulk, Brace, etc. for Thurs

The 99.9.percent definitely won’t plays: OL Marcus Cannon, DL Brandon Deaderick, LT Matt Light, DL Shaun Ellis, DL Ron Brace, and RB Kevin Faulk.

The 93 percent almost definitely won’t plays because they haven’t practiced in ages: WR Brandon Tate, CB Ras-I Dowling, RB Shane Vereen, S James Sanders, RB Eric Kettani, S Josh Barrett, LB Brandon Spikes, G Ryan Wendell, DT Albert Haynesworth, DL Mike Wright.

The been banged up recently and may or may not plays: G Dan Connolly, TE Rob Gronkowski (who practiced today), C Chris Morris.

Bills Info - LONG (sorry)

Bills first teamers won't get a half on Saturday

Paul Hamilton

Pittsford, NY (WGR 550) -- When the Bills open the preseason Saturday in Chicago, it'll be a whole new ballgame for Chan Gailey and his staff. With no OTA's and no mini camps due to the lockout, nobody knows how long the players will be able to go. Gailey said, "We've talked preliminarily about the starters going somewhere around the first quarter, maybe a little bit less, maybe a little bit more, it depends on how many plays we get." Gailey added, "The one thing I know is if you go out and get guys hurt because you left them out there too long and they're not ready to play September 11th, that's not a good thing. So you gotta find ways to keep pushing them to be ready for September 11th without going over the line and I don't know where that line is, it's a feel. We'll take this game more individually maybe more than we ever have taken a game."

Torell Troup missed practice again and when he comes back he'll have a cast on. Gailey said, "He got that hand hurt. They can put a cast on it and let him play, but it's going to be a few days until the swelling gets down."

Roscoe Parrish re-pulled his hamstring running a deep pattern and won't play Saturday.

TE Scott Chandler missed practice due to the birth of his child.

TE Shawn Nelson and DB Justin Rogers were still out.

WR Craig Davis left early. Gailey said he had trouble breathing.

The Bills got good news as WR Marcus Easley and ILB Kelvin Sheppard both returned to practice. Both could see limited playing time Saturday. CB Drayton Florence returned from a sprained ankle and had an interception of Ryan Fitzpatrick on the last play of the two minute drill.

The Bills finished up practice with a two minute drill. Fitzpatrick hit Stevie Johnson and David Nelson to start. Shawne Merriman busted through for a sack, but was way offsides. C.J. Spiller had a big run up the middle and after an incompletion, Fitzpatrick threw the bad pass and interception.

The defense dominated the second teamers. Spencer Johnson batted down a pass, Naaman Roosevelt had a drop and Tyler Thigpen was flushed out of the pocket and didn't get enough for the first down.

Gailey says running the two minute drill is important, "You're trying to get them into the speed of the game. That's where you get the speed of the game, the two live drills we did and the two minute is always great tempo."

They ran live hitting goal line for the second time this week. Chris Kelsay just missed sacking Fitzpatrick on play action and he found David Martin in the end zone for six. On the second play, Nick Barnett knifed through and stopped Fred Jackson short of the goal line.

As for the second team, Johnny White ran in for a TD, but Ed Wang's false start negated that. It looked like Tyler Thigpen had a touchdown to Mike Caussin, but ILB Arthur Moats broke it up at the last second.

The defense had another good evening at camp, Gailey said, "The defense I thought dominated the first half of practice, they played well."

Johnson made a highlight real catch when Brad Smith faked going into the line and stepped back. He flung it down the middle and had the ball fluttering and coming up short. Johnson adjusted and beat Florence for the ball. He crashed to the turf and had his shoulder looked at, but returned to practice.

Aaron Maybin put consistent pressure on the quarterback Wednesday and got in for a few sacks.

In one on one linemen drills, Alex Carrington looked really good. He flew around Cordaro Howard untouched. Merriman made Demetrius Bell look bad almost every rep.

The team has one more practice Thursday at 3:20 before leaving Friday for Chicago. Thursday at St.John Fisher is open to the public.

Brady may not play along with 85. expect heavy dose of Hoyer with a sprinkle of Mallet.
