I don't see anything on ESPN sites on it at all. So I'm assuming it it just a rumor.

vast majority of the favre rumors were just that, rumors. Media killed his image in the offseasons. Dude didn't say a word until his final decisions but the sites made you believe he changed his mind every other day. Poor guy got dragged through the media sewage.

Doubt it's true.

Listened to the 870am New Orleans radio afternoon sports show today and this was not mentioned at all, not that these knuckleheads are that up on things, but surely someone would've mentiones it to them if there was any substance to it. Wish they could pull Alan Faneca out of retirement instead. O-line was garbage yesterday.
