NFL Thursday night...(My GOY so far)

Jets -6

Tebow only complete 2 passes vs. KC and now has to deal with Revis/Cromartie. Moreno torn ACL is out for the year and Mcgahee also got injured and there's a good chance he doesn't play...Don't really see the Broncos keeping this game close.

Good Luck

Not that easy. Jets are going to Denver in thin air on short week and after big letdown to Pats. They will come out flat so DEN first half a good play. Jets giving up a lot of points on the road also. I think Jets win but won't cover. Good luck though.

I'm not disputing the cover (hard to take Denver here when I remember what the Lions did), but your logic is flawed. Comparing their gameplan against KC vs what they will do here is dumb. Did they run it 55 times against Oakland? How'd we do there?

Moreno being hurt doesn't affect them. Name me one game this year he broke 100 yards? Lance Ball was getting carries as the 3rd string, so our RB situation won't be an issue. Especially since our QB is a solid RB1 in a lot of leagues lol

Again, I'm also on the Jets covering (and I want to be sooooo wrong) but if your logic is based solely around what they did against KC, well, they may frustrate you a lot the rest of the way.

Good luck on your bet.

It's not just that, I've watched Tebow play every game and I really don't see him doing much against the Jets defense...Jets realize they cannot afford to lose this game so they will be ready and blow Denver out

I love the Jets as well. What the hell, if we're wrong, then we have Sunday to play catch up. If we win, then we have house $ to play with. I love having football games on Thursdays. GL!

Love, love, love the Jets. Let's be honest about Tebow...the guy can run the ball. But, the Jets have the perfect defense to be able to shut this offense down. Lock up the 2 WRs with pro bowl corners and one safety over the top. Stack the box and use a spy against him. Let the two outside LBs cover the TEs and backs with the MLB following Tebow. This is a standard defense to use against the Broncos' offense.

Tebow can make some throws, but if the Jets get ahead in this game they could end up with 7 saks and 5 turnovers and end up winning by 30. If it's a close game into the final quarter then they only win by 10.

And, by the way, I was on the Pats last week, so I realize the Jets are vulnerable to certain schemes...just not Denver's.
