Arrow NFL Top 10

It's really wide open behind Green Bay at the moment and changes week to week. Most every team has laid a stinker or two. Here is how I list the top 10 teams in the NFL but it's more like a top 10 dangerous teams.

Let's see yours!

1. Green Bay

2. New Orleans
3. Baltimore
4. Houston
5. San Francisco
6. Pittsburgh
7. Ny Giants
8. Detroit
9. New England
10. Cincinnati

11. Atlanta
11. Ny Jets
11. Dallas

I guess NO could be number two, but with that defense they are not going anywhere. Im not sure who is number 2 as no other team has even shown they want to be the 2nd best team in the NFL.

There is a huge gap between Green Bay and whoever is #2, and that is rather strange, considering how bad Green Bay's defense is. Right now I would have Baltimore at #2, followed by New Orleans, San Francisco, Houston, New York Giants, Atlanta, Pitt, New England, and Chicago.

Green Bay defense isnt great this year, even though the personnel is largely the same as last years, minus Jenkins, but its not as bad as the stats suggest

with the offense rolling like it is, the defense, mainly the secondary takes a lot of chances

so they get burned a lot, but also create a lot of turnovers

the defense and offense are in sync

and id bet in a low scoring game the defensive gameplan would change

1. Green Bay
2. New England (NE looked bad the last two weeks, but no way they're #9 by the end of the year)
3. Baltimore
4. New Orleans
5. Pittsburgh
6. NYJ
7. Houston (Might be higher once/if AJ returns)
8. San Fran
9. NYG (tough schedule ahead)
10. Detroit

No Bears?

Obviously not taking notice of the changes they made since the tough 3 games they lost, to GB, NO, and Detroit.

Left tackle was 7th rounder, in second year, making first start at that position
Center Garza, never played there before this season
Right guard Spencer was a center
Right tackle, rookie hurt..replacement Frank Whatever, was a disaster, now handled by Lance Louis, who had a # of Pancake blocks last night and is really good.

3 sacks allowed in last 3 games

Shitcanned safety Cliff Harris, replaced by "Don" Barzinis (Godfather fame) nephew, Chris Conte

Just a little info so some won't make the mistake of laying 8 points when they play a team they have dominated in the past

Went to the running game, with Forte leading the NFL in yards from scrimmage.

Im gonna put this to you as nice as possible

you are living in the past, the patriots are not the #2 team in the league

now, or at the end of the year

no defense, and the offense is limited with ONLY a slot receiver and no perimter

Houston on the other hand is much better than the #7 team

they are the ONLY team ranked in the top 10 in all 3 ( offense, defense, and special teams ) that kind of balance wins games in the playoffs

Green bay may be riding high right now but they have 3 more raod game in which 2 of those 3 games will be a big test for them. The Packers Rank 31st in the NFL in Pass Defense.

1. The New York Giants 6th in passing with a 17th ranked team in Pass Defense
2. The Detroit Lions who is 10th in passing and has and incredible 6th in passing defense.
although I think Detroit will upset the Packers on Thanksgiving The Giants have an equal opportunity to do before then. But right now The Lions will get the win on Thanksgiving for sure.

1. Green Bay
2. San Francisco (only 1 lost and it was in overtime)
3. Detroit
4. Giants
5. Baltimore
6. Cincinati
7. Houston
8. Pittsburg
9. Chicago
10. New England & Atlanta (I believe both teams will win this week)
11. Jets (They would be unbelievable if they have a good offense) & New Orleans (not top 10 because they lost to the Rams)

Oddsmakers disagree with you. Bookmaker lists NE as +335 to win AFC and only Balt is ahead of them at +335 in the AFC. NE is going to win their division, I believe. They are still very tough to beat at home, and the last couple of games notwithstanding they are still a good team. Maybe not #2, but not #9 either.

I do like Houston a lot, but with Williams out on defense they probably won't be in the top-10 by the end of the year. Getting AJ back will help though, and I have them to win their division, prior to Manning going down.
