NFL (Week 10) Observations

New Orleans/Atlanta - New Orleans is on a roller coaster their last few games. Win one weekend and lose the next. Atlanta's only credible wins this season was @ Detroit and if you want to add Philly that would be 2.

Tennessee/Carolina - Both teams are inconsistent but I do have to hand it to Tennessee for beating Baltimore. Carolina with a record of 2-6 is getting some love with roughly 67% of the public on them.

Pittsburgh/Cincinnati - Kudos to both teams with an impressive record, but why is Cincy not getting any respect (being underdogs) at home? I guess we all like the fact that there is no way Pittsburgh is going to lose 2 in a row.

St. Louis/Cleveland - Public (66%) is on St. Louis. I guess everyone was impressed with their only win this season against the New Orlean Saints. Of course if you add up the 3 wins that Cleveland had, those 3 teams combined wins are still only half of what New Orleans wins are.

Buffalo/Dallas - Dallas isn't getting much love from the public (not that I care since I'm a Redskins fan), but are they really that bad? If you really look at their schedule, they do have it pretty tough. I think Buffalo's only impressive win this season was against New England, or am I wrong here?

Jacksonville/Indianapolis - Jacksonville had an impressive win over Baltimore but that's it. Does Tennessee count? I would hate to see Indianapolis (although I am not a fan of that team) go 0-16. Maybe today is their day.

Denver/Kansas City - Denver is also on a roller coaster ride and won last week. Kansas City lost last weekend but prior to that seems to have gotten themselves together for a nice 4 game winning streak.

Washington/Miami - This game should just be played behind closed doors and not recorded or televised. Washington seems to be washed up and Miami had an impressive win (and did I mention their only win) last week against Kansas City and yet they are getting alot of love by being favored and the public slightly on them.

Arizona/Philidelphia - WOW!!! With only one win more than Arizona (and mind you both teams are under .500), the line is at -14 for Philidelphia? I mean come'on, Arizona did win last week against St. Louis... right? By the way, public is on Philly also at around 67%

Houston/Tampa Bay - Houston's impressive win this season came against the Pittsburgh Steelers. Tampa Bay did beat New Orleans and Atlanta. Houston won their last 3 games and Tampa lost their last two games.

Baltimore/Seattle - You have to admit that Seattle's win over the NYG's was impressive, but have gone 0-3 since. Baltimore swept the Steelers, beat the Jets and Houston. So besides being away, why is Baltimore only favored by -6.5?

Detroit/Chicago - Can Detroit sweep Chicago this season, or did Chicago find their groove? I really hope this game is televised.

N.Y. Giants/San Francisco - This should also be a good game. If the Giants fall behind, will Eli and company be able to mount a second have comeback again? By the way, the line does seem very low for the 49er's. Is there something that someone is not telling us?

New England/N.Y. Jets - Patriots lost their last 2 games and Jets are on a 3 game winning streak. All I know is that someone is going to be 6-3 after this game or could both teams go 5-3-1?
