NFL Week 6 - SUICIDE POOL THOUGHTS

in a huge suicide pool where payout is nearly 50k. only 10% of pool remains (thanks to GMen), which includes yours truly. trying to play out next 5 weeks b/c i think that could end up winning it.

I’ve used SD, NYJ, Ten, TB and Pit. I think GB has to be the pick this week even though most of the pool will prob pick them (otherwise Balty or Detroit - but scared of relying on 6-0 Detroit). I generally only pick home teams unless no other option. Below are all home teams. What are your thoughts on week 6 using GB or saving them for week 10?

Week 6 – GB (Sea) or Balty (Hou) or Detroit (SF)
Week 7 – NO (Indy)
Week 8 – Balty (AZ) or Gmen (Miami)
Week 9 – Dallas (Sea) or NE (Gmen)
Week 10 – Carolina (Tenn) or Philly (AZ) [ GB could be available vs. Minn on Monday night at home if not used in week 6]

muchas gracias

probably half of your pool has already used green bay, so i would go ahead and use them. bengals and jets are the next best choices

I like GB. I think there is more flexibility with Baltimore as they have Jacksonville on Monday night next week. I will be on GB. Good Luck.

I am in one too with 3 people left including myself. It is worth $1,000, but still a nice chunk of change. Right now, I am leaning to choosing the Giants over Buffalo. I know the other 2 people will be on Green Bay, and I believe the Giants will rebound from losing to Seattle & pick up a win here.

i would never save a team ,
but if you don't want to use green bay ,
cause you might be out of the pool by the time of saving them,
However I would like New England (Brady 30-0 at home)
Raiders at home ,
or heck even Redskins

Agree with the idea of never saving a team, take the team that you are most comfortable with each week with a gameplan for the season as a sidenote...The three teams that I like for a suicide option this week are GB OAK NE all home teams with favourable matchups...i also like Chicago at home to minny cause i think minny might be the worst team in football and Chicago could use a good pick me up for moral and there is no better team to beat the crap out of to get it

Thanks all. Since i posted I've actually been leaning pats. It's there best matchup for a few weeks. More than 1/2 of remaining pool has used GB so for me it's going to be last minute decision between GB and NE
