Post NFL Week 7 Early Looks & Discussion

Here are some early thoughts on the lined games so far for next week. Feel free to add your thoughts!

Chicago -1 vs. Tampa (@London)
Both teams coming off big wins. Really no opinion on this one yet

Washington at Carolina -3 +110
Line out even though Shanahan hasn't announced quarterback. Doesn't really matter but at first glance maybe Carolina gets a win here? Probably a pass for me though.

Seattle @ Cleveland -3
Seattle traveling across country again even though a bye week separated the two games. Two straight 10AM starts for them. They won last time but think Cleveland might be good spot this week.

Hoston @ Tennessee -3.5
Texans not the same team without Andre Johnson. They miss Williams too. Titans off bye week. Lean Texans but not sure why

Atlanta @ Detroit -4
Lions need to win and show they can bounce back. Atlanta coming off a win but can they win on the road? Either way expect a very soft handshake by the coaches at the end of the game. Lean Atlanta

Kansas City @ Oakland -3.5
Kc off by week. Raiders playing good football right now but coming off emotional win for AL Davis and QB out.

Pittsburgh -3.5 @ Arizona
Wisenhunt gets extra week to prepare for his old team. Steelers coming off uninspired win over the lowly Jags.

Green Bay -9 @ Minnesota
McNabb or Ponder? Probably doesn't matter. Packers look like a well oiled machine

Indianapolis @ New Orleans -14
Saints coming off loss and Brees 3 INT's. Colts are terrible but getting two touchdowns - not sure about that.

Baltimore -9 @ Jacksonville
This Monday nighter caps off a weekend worth of shitty games. If Baltimore is a legit SB contender, they put this one away early.

Feel free to add your opinions, stats or anything concerning week 7.

Like Oakland, and possibly Tampa Bay. Hate those London games though

I hate to say it, but I can't see much money going on AZ only getting 3.5. Think we'll see Pitt -5 by Sunday.

I also got Atlanta at 4.5 in what figures to be a close game. With the exception of two big plays against the Bears, the Lions offense has looked fairly weak the last two games. It's good, but I think they're getting too much credit for being great at this point. I'd probably hedge it though if I can get Lions -3.

Hopefully SD plays better than they have thus far though. Jets do own SD, esp in the playoffs

TB away and against a good D not so good. See 9'ers game. Like Chicago.
Det opened -3. Like that line. Atl away also terrible.
Jets may see a little extra mileage from LT against his old team which would help playaction exponentially. Revis on vjax will be tight and if rivers finds another receiver (had an extra week to look) this game goes to SD.

Washington without 2 OL starters this week. Starting to lean CAR, but would like to get it under 3. I like Cam versus Wash Def on a game winning drive more so than Beck/Grossman versus CAR def.

Oakland -4. But kc is 2-3 team on upswing right? They beat minny and Indy. Combined record of 1-11.... Carson Palmer Kyle boller heck you could put mike tirico in they still cover at home. Until kc proves to me they can play this year

Think Seattle wins outright.
Taking the Vikes to cover. They may turn some heads this week.
Tampa wins by 8.

Watch out for Jacksonville on MNF. That's all I'm saying.
