NFLx pre. week 3.

I don't bet preseason much though I'll give it a try. My bet will go from 1* to 5* during the season. let see how it go.
YTD: 0-0

1* Jac -1

I'll get more in later during the week.

Line Move Alert:
CHI Open @ -5 and now down to -3. With this pace we might see the line drop to 2 by the time the game start tomorrow.

I doubt it. Very rare that a bookie will ever give anyone a chance to middle a 3 point spread on a football game.

Incidentally, I think that is public action moving the number. The trend you and I have seen on > 3 point dogs has only applied to the non-conference match-ups (AFC vs. NFC) and AFC match-ups (AFC vs. AFC). The only two > 3 point dogs that failed to cover have been NFC vs. NFC.

The reason I think it might drop to 2 b/c most everyone know that CHI is set with starting QB. SF meanwhile the race is still Open for all 3 QB. Also that 34-6 won last week Vs GB also get more people fall in love with SF bet. Tonight and all day tomorrow is when public will place most of their bet in. Only sharp place bet early as they don't want to lose the edge on line move.

The line is set to balance the action. If you drop it to -2.5 now, after all of the SF action you took, you will have an enormous amount of money on the opposite side of the 3. If Chicago wins by a field goal, everyone would win except for the bookie. The bookie would lose his shirt!
