Norv giving it back to rex

AFTER REX SAID SOMETHING,LOL,I CANT SAY STUPID CAUSE HE IS TH E COACH,LOL,NORV FIRES BACK,GONNA BE A GREAT GAME,AND REX WILL BEAT THE SHIT OUT OF HIM AT MIDFIELD AFTER THE GAME LOL REALLY KINDA PISSED REX CALLED HIM AND CAVED A LITTLE.REALLY DONT THINK REX WAS BEING A DICK THISTIME JUST CAME OUT WRONG.I think I would have had a couple of rings," said Ryan, who interviewed for the Chargers coaching job in 2007, when opining on San Diego's recent teams -- the last five coached by Norv Turner. "I'm telling you, those teams were loaded. There's no question about it."

Turner, who faces Ryan's Jets on Sunday, couldn't resist getting in a dig after seeing Ryan's comments.

"I was wondering if he had those rings with the ones he's guaranteed the last couple years," Turner said Wednesday.Ryan made his initial comments in a conference call with San Diego reporters but later called Turner to explain he meant no slight to the man who the Chargers tabbed in 2007 instead of Ryan.

Turner didn't care to reveal details of their conversation, especially after Sunday's dustup between Lions coach Jim Schwartz and 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh.

"It really was between he and I," Turner said of the conversation. "I think we've had enough coaching drama in the league the last few days and we don't need any more."

After earning the AFC's top seed in 2006 but losing their first playoff game, the Chargers fired Marty Schottenheimer, father of current Jets OC Brian Schottenheimer. San Diego was also the No. 1 seed in 2009 but lost to the Jets in the divisional round during Ryan's first year in New York

well it is only a regular season game so norv might have a chance of coming out on top, but i like rex a lot more in a grudge match situation like this. cant help but see him more as the kind of guy you want in your corner in a barfight than norv.

was already looking forward to this game as really the only one worth watching this week and now i really cant wait for it.
