NY Jets @ Indianapolis (-5.5)

Opened @7. Currently @5.5. awfully interesting to say the least. Wouldn't ya say. Seems to be one of those games were no need to really look at anything , the line is all you gotta see.

I still like Indianapolis in this spot....Jets just came off a horrible home showing versus a beat up Atlanta team. I know the Jets are still in the playoff hunt but how motivated can you be after last week's loss and heading to Indy to face that offense? Besides, don't players enjoy preventing teams from making the playoffs?

5.5 is a deadly number , especially when going downward from 7. tread light man.

I played Indy lightly last weekend and got lucky....I will play them lightly again this week and see what happens. I just can't play against Manning, regardless of the situation.

my book gottem @ -3.5 now. what you think about this line now??? 71% to 29% on indy. books taking a stand??

Line is a reaction directly to how much playing time the 1st stringers get. Not because of any smart money. GL guessing how much time they get.

Regardless of a spread of 5.5 or 7 or 10 for that matter, I can not see myself every taking the Jets with Sanchez playing QB. He has to be the worst player in that position that I have ever seen in his last five games that I've watched him.

He was so bad last week that I actually think if they had Jones or Greene take the snaps and play wildcat with their run game they would have been better off. This rookie is going to need a lot more experiance to get his decision making right. He is one of the few QB's that I have seen move the chains backwards or just turn over the ball.

The Jets only have thier pass defence and defence in general to hold them in this game.
All Indy needs to do is put 8 in the box and dare Sanchez to throw the ball with 2 free safeties in the backfield.

The only play here is Under the number. Indy will cover the 5.5 but only in the third and fourth quarter after they tire out the Jets defence with thier long drives of 10 minutes or so.
