oak miami line movement?

i may be reading this all wrong but it looks like the line opened oak+1 ...80% public was on oak, line moved to +3??? isnt that a trigger to jump on miami? i dont ever play line movements this one just jumped out at me

Exactly. With all the small public bets on Oakland, there must be some big bets from the professionals on the other side to move it up to a key number like that.
