Oakland Cans Cable
Cable sent packing this show ought to get interesting. Who in their right mind would want to coach this team. Just another coach someone step in line.

Every time they go 1 step forward, they end up going 2 steps back. I am sure he will get a lowly assistant that no one has ever heard of that he can pay on the cheap to be the coach.
No worthwhile coach like a Cowher or even someone like Marty Shottenheimer would ever go there. It is a 3 ring circus, and I can't see how this team will ever improve as long as they have the owner they do.

It is the ADJJ disease at its finest. That is the Al Davis Jerry Jones disease which affects owners and front office personnel. Cincinnati's owner is the latest to be hit by the disease. Houston's ownership has also been affected. Tennessee's owner is showing symptoms of the disease, aparently siding with a head case QB over a solid head coach. The disease seems to be spreading.

Interesting that they canned him now. This women beater should have been long gone before now.

8-8 11-5 8-8 7-9 4-11 10-6 4-12 2 out of 8 winning seasons and for a good portion of those years the Bungles have been a friggen madhouse with him at the helm. They deserve to continue on being the Bungles if they keep this guy as Head Coach.

Last night i heard the theory that with the lock out most likely coming.. why would you bring in a new coach? The thought is that the NFL will give teams 2 weeks to get ready for the reg season once the lock out is over.. making the chance for successes with a new coach and a new system about zero. I don't hate the move when you look at it that way.
